File photoDHAKA, Feb 09, 2026 (BSS) - The Election Commission has informed that, in accordance with Article 78 of the Representation of the People Order, 1972, no public meeting or procession can be held in a constituency for 48 hours before the start of polling and 48 hours after the end of polling—from 7:30am on February 10, 2026 to 4:30pm on February 14, 2026. It said that voting for the referendum and the 13th National Parliament election will begin at 7:30am on February 12, according to a PID handout issued here today.
