THE Negri Sembilan Library, previously located at the Wisma Umno building in Seremban, has now moved to Wisma PKNNS in Seremban 2, offering visitors a bigger space with more services, including e-sports facilities. The new library, which cost some RM2.6mil to set up, has a cyber studio equipped with computer rooms, discussion rooms and a gallery walk-cum-exhibition centre. There is also a kids activity zone, including a toys room, a smart library equipped with systems to enable users access augmented reality (AR) as well as virtual reality platforms and a mini-cinema. Aminuddin believed more young people would now frequent the new library as there were more facilities. There are 85 libraries in the state, of which 25 come under the purview of the Negri Sembilan Public Library Corporation.
