Crews from Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue were called to a large domestic fire on Anfield Road, Long Sutton at 2.19am on Wednesday, March 4. An investigation has taken place and fire investigators have confirmed that the fire was caused by the thermal runaway of an e-scooter battery, which was on charge overnight with an incompatible charger.
