KUALA LUMPUR: No extra charge will be imposed on e-hailing drivers who exceed the five-minute waiting period to pick up passengers at klia2. E-hailing drivers are currently charged a RM5 entrance fee at KLIA. It added that Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (MAHB) has also designated an additional waiting area for e-hailing drivers opposite the Long-Term Car Park (LTCP). “We encourage all e-hailing drivers to make full use of this waiting area, as it will help reduce congestion at the klia2 terminal,” it said. MAHB recently announced new pick up points for e-hailing drivers at both terminals of the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA).
