Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal on Saturday announced the resumption of e-commerce services in the national capital as the cases of coronavirus disease (Covid-19) are now falling steadily. Online delivery for all non-essential items was restricted in Delhi since April 19, when the city imposed the lockdown to curb the rapidly spreading virus. Over the last few weeks, the situation in Delhi has improved significantly and the city's positivity rate has come down to 0.5%. With cases now falling significantly, the Delhi government is now preparing for the possible third wave. "Delhi is prepared to combat the next wave of Covid-19," he said while announcing the steps taken by the government.
