The 24-year-old striker was at Hibs Training Centre on Monday afternoon to undergo a medical ahead of completing the formalities on a switch to Leith and become Lee Johnson’s ninth summer signing. And Vente, who scored 21 goals in 38 appearances for Dutch second tier side Roda last season, fits the bill. In 33 appearances for Feyenoord Vente scored seven goals before moving to Roda where he netted 51 goals in 98 appearances.
