THE Terrafirma Dyip beat the Blackwater Elite, 110-101 on Friday morning, its first victory in the PBA Season 45 Philippine Cup at the Angeles University Foundation (AUF) Sports and Cultural Center in Angeles, Pampanga. Sophomore CJ Perez scattered 27 points from 9-for-16 shooting from the field to lead the Dyip to their first-ever win after eight games. The Dyip are keeping their quarterfinals hopes alive in the PBA bubble with three games left in the single round-robin elimination. JP Calvo and Eric Camson also finished in double figures for the Dyip with 11 points each, respectively. The Elasto Painters are looking to bounce back after losing to the Meralco Bolts, 78-85, on Thursday.
