President Rodrigo Duterte, together with Sen. Bong Go, PNP Officer-in-Charge Police Lieutenant General Archie Francisco F. Gamboa and PBGen Rolando B Anduyan, Region Director of PRO 10, visited the wake of hero cop, Police Senior Master Sergeant Jason Magno in Initao, Misamis Oriental, last Dec. 5, 2019. For his heroism, PSMS Magno received a posthumous Medal of Valor in honor of saving the lives of students from an explosion in a school in Initao. Duterte also awarded the Order of Lapu-lapu Magalong Medal to the family of PSMS Magno.
