ReshufflingOther Customs officials who resigned following the shabu shipment controversy were also reappointed by Duterte. Duterte likewise reappointed Ariel Nepomuceno and Teddy Raval as deputy commissioners of Customs, posts they previously held. Duterte won over 16 million votes in the last national elections on a promise to eradicate illegal drugs and corruption.
