President Rodrigo Duterte has ordered Development Academy of the Philippines President Atty. Elba Cruz to vacate her position after her holdover capacity status expired last June 2017. ADVERTISEMENTEmployees of the DAP had earlier urged Duterte to dismiss Cruz for her frequent personal and official travels. DAP Personnel Association (Dapper) President Gerald Cruz, in his letter to Duterte, called on the President to replace Atty. In a statement, DAP employees thanked Duterte for “finally terminating” Cruz, saying it was the “best Christmas gift” they could receive.
