Duterte made the instruction as he led the situation briefing on the effects of the said Luzon earthquake, in San Fernando, Pampanga Tuesday evening. According to Año, the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) already summoned the owner of the five Chozun supermarkets around Pampanga. Karamihan kasi diyan ‘yung (Most of these are taking) shortcuts and trying to save money,” he added.
