Share TweetBy Franco RegalaCAPAS, Tarlac — President Rodrigo Duterte on Thursday lauded the Philippine Army Mechanized Infantry Division (MID) for the troops’ efforts in the successful military campaigns promoting peace in the communities such as the retaking of Marawi City during the siege in May 2018. “The Filipino people will never forget the unwavering commitment and dedication of the MID. Under the revised Armed Forces Modernization Program, five projects worth over Php13 billion will directly benefit the MID. This year’s activation anniversary carried the theme “Team Armor, Kaagapay ng Sambayanan Tungo sa Kapayapaan at Kaunlaran.”
