Lord Allan Velasco in the House of Representatives, presidential spokesman Salvador Panelo said yesterday. Duterte, however, said during the gathering that it would be up to Cayetano and Velasco if they will honor the term-sharing agreement. “It’s up to you if the parties would honor (the term-sharing agreement).
