MANILA, Philippines — President Rodrigo Duterte on Saturday lamented the decision of Japan's Prime Minister Shinzo Abe to resign due to health issues, praying for his "speedy and full recovery." "It is with much regret that I learned of Prime Minister Abe Shinzo's resignation. The president himself has disclosed his own health problems, which include Buerger's disease, Myasthenia gravis, Barrett's esophagus, as well as severe migraines and spinal problems attributed to a motorcycle accident when he was younger.
