MANILA, Philippines–President Rodrigo Duterte and members of his Cabinet took a quick break from work as they partied the night away late Friday night as part of the Christmas celebrations. In a series of Instagram stories posted by Tourism Secretary Bernadette Romulo-Puyat, she hinted that the theme of the Christmas Party was 70s. ADVERTISEMENTSpotted during the party were Cabinet Secretary Karlo Nograles and Defense Secretary Delfin Lorenzana. Transport Secretary Arthur Tugade, Environmental Secretary Roy Cimatu, and Interior Secretary Eduardo Año were also present during the party. It could also be seen that Duterte himself was holding his head while Puyat and her group performed.
