MANILA, Philippines — President Rodrigo Duterte said that he would summon the mother of Sen. Antonio Trillanes IV over alleged anomalous deals supposedly entered into by the lawmaker’s parents. He also alleged that Trillanes’ mother, Estelita, was a supplier for the Philippine Navy, which would be a case of conflict of interest because he was still a Navy officer at the time.
