MANILA, Philippines — President Rodrigo Duterte may not attend any event related with the 33rd anniversary of the Edsa People Power Revolution to be held on Feb. 25, Malacañang said Wednesday. Presidential Spokesperson Salvador Panelo said there is no word yet if the President will attend but added that the Chief Executive will “most likely” not be attending.
