Presidential Spokesman Salvador Panelo said the Palace was hoping that the “few boisterous minority” would detach from their “hubris and pride”, and be enlightened by the public support for Duterte’s governance. The President’s trust rating also stayed at 85 percent. Panelo has welcomed the President’s “astonishing” trust and approval ratings that have repudiated the opposition’s propaganda against Duterte.
