PETALING JAYA: Iskandar Fareez Shah Zainal Abidin (pic) hopes his short stint in Holland will leave a lasting impact in his hockey career. The national junior is eager to make full use of his three-month stint with Hattemse Mixed Hockey Club in the Overgangsklasse (third division) Group A after joining them last month. The 22-year-old said he would learn the ways and techniques of the European players and hopes to showcase them in the Malaysian Hockey League (MHL) next season. “We have seen how European teams have evolved over the years, so this stint will be helpful as I aim to learn as much as I can. Another former national junior Ahmad Lutfi Mohd Sam has also joined Iskandar at Hattemse.
