Not a good week for Huawei. Neither AIVD nor the carriers responded to any questions, with AIVD telling the newspaper "we don't say if it's right or if it's wrong. Europe has long been the battleground between Huawei and Washington. The company rode out reports of undisclosed CIA intelligence and the alleged Vodafone backdoor in Italian networking equipment. Either way, if yesterday's executive order gave the U.K. and the rest of the EU a headache yesterday, this news could make it immeasurably worse.
