Power outages due to a popular 'Hour of Power' deals are being reported in the Dunedin student area. The company's popular Hour of Power deal, where consumers choose a free 60 minutes of off-peak power (9pm-7am and 9am-5pm), is popular for those students living in the notoriously cold Dundas St flats.
