VIRGINIADumfries councilmanis found dead at homeDumfries Councilman William A. Murphy was found dead in his home Friday, Mayor Gerald “Jerry” Foreman said Sunday. A spokesman for Prince William County police said that foul play was not suspected and that Murphy appeared to have died of natural causes. Police pronounced Murphy dead at 11:45 a.m. Friday, Foreman said in a statement. The victim was identified as Caleb Zweig, according to statements from the university. “The university is heartbroken over this tragedy,” Indiana University of Pennsylvania said in a statement.
