The Smart City Innovation Accelerator, convened by the Technology and Entrepreneurship Center at Harvard, showcased the Dublin example of innovation in establishing its 'Smart District' status. Gardai smart cars and Microsoft’s flagship first responder connected jeep were used as a demonstration of the latest in smart vehicle technology, sparking discussion around public safety. With its density of new builds, global tech companies, smart assets and range of connectivity options, the Smart Docklands district provides a unique platform for SMEs and entrepreneurs to develop new and innovative solutions, transforming the way cities operate.
