Luas tickets are valid on Dublin Bus for the remainder of the disruption, which may last late into the afternoon. Meanwhile, all Dublin Bus services are operating this morning. Although, they noted that buses cannot serve Parnell Street, Parnell Square and O’Connell Street, with diversions via Gardiner Street and Church Street. Rioters raided Arnott’s department store on Henry Street, and looted a Foot Locker store on O'Connell Street.
