Locals captured the young man named Abdul Halim from the scene and handed him over to the police. Later, as his condition deteriorated, he was shifted to MAG Osmani Medical College Hospital in Sylhet. When he was taken to MAG Osmani Medical College Hospital the doctor on duty pronounced him dead. He also said: “The body of the deceased has been sent to the morgue of Sylhet MAG Osmani Medical College.
