"You are in danger, I will remember your face," Moe told the paramedic, a court heard. The paramedic tried to rouse him after smelling alcohol and hearing him 'snoring loudly'. The paramedic tried to roll Moe over to make him more comfortable, but he then started to become aggressive, the court heard. Moe told the paramedic to 'f*** off' and said 'leave me alone', prosecutor Gavin Howie told the court. When he was interviewed by officers, Moe apologised for his behaviour and said he couldn't remember what had happened because he had been drunk.
