LUCENA CITY – A 52-year-old farmer was shot and killed by a drunk in Sariaya town in Quezon province Saturday night, police said. ADVERTISEMENTAfter the shooting, the gunman fled on foot while De Chavez lay bloodied. The victim died on the spot from a bullet wound in the head. Quoting information from villagers, police investigators learned that the suspect was under the influence of liquor at the time of the incident. Police are conducting an operation to arrest the suspect.
