Drug trafficking in Leyte prison unabatedTacloban City – More than a month after suspected drug lord Edgar Allan Alvarez was shot dead inside the Leyte Regional Penal Colony in Abuyog, Leyte, the traffic of drugs inside the facility continues, officials confirmed.
