MABALACAT CITY, Pampanga—Police arrested a suspected drug peddler, who yielded some P153,000 worth of “shabu” (crystal meth) in a buy-bust operation Tuesday in San Rafael village in Tarlac City. In a statement, Tarlac police director Col. Renante Cabico identified the suspect as Renato Chavez, 42, a resident of Caloocan City. He said the suspect is on the police list of suspected drug personalities in Tarlac.
