more-inThe Rachakonda police busted drug rackets involving a Nigerian and Indians last week. According to the Rachakonda police, the four persons arrested used to procure drugs for sale in the city for increased price. The peddlers also consumed drugs including cocaine, LSD, ecstacy and marijuana as well as the drug amphetamine, in addition to selling them. The Nigerian, Ajah Gabriel Ogbonna, was distributing drugs by procuring them from his country men in Goa, Mumbai and Pune. After a few peddlers, including Gabriel, were arrested in the city in March, he fled to Goa to evade arrest.
