Of the current players contracted for Super Rugby Aotearoa, only six have previously kicked drop goals in Super Rugby games: Gatland, McKenzie, Carter, Aaron Cruden, Mitch Hunt, and Beauden Barrett. A change in mindset through the New Zealand Super Rugby franchises can only help the All Blacks where winning is everything.
