British Islamic State executioner ‘Jihadi Sid’ is believed to have died in a drone strike in Syria, it emerged last night. Security officials believe Siddhartha Dhar was killed along with his wife and five children in the Syrian city of Raqqa last year. Dhar, 35, was used as a recruiting tool by ISIS propagandists after the death of fellow Brit Mohammed Emwazi - also known as Jihadi John. Dhar, an ex-bouncy castle salesman from Walthamstow, East London, was the right-hand man to hate preacher Anjem Choudry, released from prison yesterday. But sources now say he may have died with wife Aisha and children in a drone strike on a Syrian battlefield.
