This drone shot shows the road layout has been changed while work is done to complete the coastal pathway. A new aerial image shows the work being done to complete Christchurch’s new coastal pathway in Redcliffs. Motorists travelling to and from Sumner were warned of delays of up to 15 minutes as work on the pathway ramped up this week. The work would continue for the next six weeks to complete the final and most expensive section (at $18,372 per metre) of the pathway. From Monday and for the next six weeks, the work would be done from 7am to 10pm each weekday.
