A 36-year-old man is in custody after a series of hit-and-run collisions around the University of Ottawa campus. University of Ottawa students Serena Williams and Ayisha Patel describe seeing a vehicle driving erratically on campus. The van was taken by the suspect while the driver had stepped out of the vehicle. The van that is suspected of being involved in a series of hit and runs at the University of Ottawa campus. The male driver is in police custody.
