The driver of a van was killed Friday on Interstate 95 in Howard County when his vehicle crossed the median and struck two oncoming vehicles, Maryland State Police said. A passengeer in the van and three people in one of the oncoming vehicles were injured, the police said. The man who died was not identified. They said it appeared that the van was going south when it crossed the median and collided in the northbound lanes.
