All three people in a vehicle caught travelling at excessive speeds have been charged, RCMP say. RCMP patrol clocked a vehicle going nearly 160 km/h on the Trans-Canada Highway around 11:30 p.m. Wednesday. When the vehicle pulled over, the officer could see the driver and front-seat passenger switching seats. He and the 34-year-old passenger he switched seats with were charged with obstruction. Meanwhile, the third man, in the back seat, was found to be in possession of a prohibited weapon and charged, RCMP said.
