A driver who called a French traffic warden an 'immigrant' and told her to 'get out of the country' during an astonishing on-street row has been fined £200 after pleading guilty to committing a hate crime. Lee Parker, 55, launched the tirade at Melissa Marques after she told him to stop parking in a loading bay in Worcester. Ms Marques followed Parker, who had been out shopping with his wife at the time, and told him to move on once more. 'He left and called the complainant an immigrant - not before squaring up to the police officer and calling him a prat.' Fergus Maxwell, mitigating, said: 'Just because an offence is racially aggravated, it does not necessarily mean it's a hate crime.
