MANILA, Philippines — Senate Minority Franklin Drilon urged the police on Thursday to file appropriate charges against Peter Joemel Advincula after the latter linked the Liberal Party (LP) to the so-called “Bikoy” videos. Drilon is vice chair of LP, which Advincula tagged as among those behind him and the so-called “Bikoy” or “Ang Totoong Narcolist” videos.
