The sun was beaming on a perfect 24-degree day at Dreamworld on Australia's Gold Coast. After watching the crocodile feeding, the Brisbane family were tossing up between the Rocky Hollow Log Ride or the Thunder River Rapids Ride. Twenty minutes later, as they made their way from the log ride to the 30-year-old River Rapids ride, they were told to turn around and go elsewhere. It is the worst theme park disaster in Australia since seven people died in a fire on Luna Park's Ghost Train in 1979.
