Dream to walk unassisted in reach for Auckland boy with cerebral palsyTORIKA TOKALAU/STUFF Ben Fenwick, 5, was born with cerebral palsy but hopes a surgery in America will help him walk. Ben Fenwick had cerebral palsy from complications at birth which prevented oxygen from reaching his brain. TORIKA TOKALAU/STUFF Ben wants to one day run, play and walk alongside his friends from Kaurilands School. Dad Michael Fenwick said seeing Ben walk without assistance, alongside his class mates was a dream they all shared as a family. Fenwick said he couldn't put into words just how much he wanted to see Ben walk.
