Summer may be winding down but there’s no end in sight for the good times at Sue Chamberlain’s “five-star resort” on Lake Ontario. The 2,000-square-foot space she calls a “360-degree room” comes with outdoor kitchen, gas fire table and hot tub. There’s a two-floor home in the main building, a separate lower-level suite and a spacious apartment above the detached garage. “It was a bit of a family effort,” says Chamberlain, crediting her brother for designing and completing the project last year. In-between pandemic lockdowns, “there have definitely been some fun times” at her “resort,” says Chamberlain.
