UBC goalie Matt Hewitt is headed to the big leagues — at least for one night. The Vancouver Canucks have recruited the New Westminster native to sit in as an emergency backup for tonight's game against the St. Louis Blues due to an injury to Ryan Miller. It's not the first time the Canucks have turned to the university ranks for an emergency backup goalie.
