Mr Muturi, who is being represented by lawyer William Arusei, pleaded with the court saying court: “My Lord I do not know whether I will live upto to October 2, 2017. Its at tthis point that Mr Muturi got overwhelmed with emotion and broke down. Mr Muturi wants the court to cancel the title deed issued to Hitesh and Vijay since they breached the sale agreement. The court fixed the date for the hearing of the case on March 30, 2017.
