Dr Mahathir was asked to respond to PKR vice-president Rafizi Ramli's statement on Wednesday that some 30 leaders from Pakatan Harapan are expected to declare their assets on Sunday (Nov 19) to Invoke. In Pakatan Harapan, the final decision making is done by the presidential council. Dr Mahathir's remarks came following photos published by several newspapers depicting the alleged lavish lifestyles of his granddaughters, Meera Alyanna and Melia Serena. Among the pictures sourced from social media, was one that depicted one of his granddaughters on a private boat named "Puteri Alyanna". Mukhriz and his family are mulling the possibility of taking legal action against the Facebook user and the newspapers that published the reports.
