Former Education Minister and MP for Bosomtwe, and former General Secretary, Kwabena Agyepong, who contested with Dr Bawumia, visited on Sunday and Monday respectively. Leader of the NPP Caucus in Parliament, Alexander Afenyo-Markin, also called on the former Vice President on Monday to congratulate him. While the top hierarchy of the party visits, grassroots members of the party from all walks of life have not been left out. "A united front will make us so formidable and unbreakable, and that is what we need as a party as we move towards 2028," Dr Bawumia said as he addressed a group of supporters. Dr Bawumia is expected to welcome many more party stalwarts and supporters to his residence.
