Downtown Windsor just got a big splash of color. Here’s a sneak peek at 3 new art installations – CBC.caNew art installations, mostly made from recycled materials, bring pops of color to Windsor’s first-ever Winter Works collection. Bombardier created the Cube A installation, a stack of cube-shaped art that rotates so that people can interact with the image and change its appearance.
