U.S. stock futures climbed on Thursday after the Federal Reserve unveiled a new framework that could keep interest rates lower for a longer period of time. Dow Jones Industrial Average futures were up 100 points, or 0.3 percent. S&P 500 and Nasdaq 100 futures gained by 0.2 percent each. In a speech, Fed Chairman Jerome Powell said the central bank formally agreed to a policy of “average inflation targeting.”
