Data analysts have raised questions over Spain's daily coronavirus totals after the country recorded zero deaths yesterday. The change was made just as Spain prepares to open its doors to foreign tourists, with ministers encouraging visitors to plan trips starting from July. On Twitter, he wrote that the only accurate deaths figure now being published is one which gives a the total for previous seven days. He adds that he has 'no idea' why Spain would keep publishing a daily figure, even if it is thought to be inaccurate. Tourism normally accounts for over 12 per cent of gross domestic product in the world's second most visited country after France.
