Twice the alcohol limit and nearly twice the speed limit. RCMP pulled a driver over for both early Saturday morning, about 25 kilometres east of Brandon. A breath test for the driver, a 21-year-old man from Carberry, Man., came back at twice the legal limit, police said. The driver was charged for speeding, prohibited lights and unlawful transport of liquor in a motor vehicle. The passenger, a 24-year-old man from The Pas, Man., was charged with consuming liquor in a public place.
