Sia-led DoubleDragon Properties Corp. listed the country’s second real estate investment trust (REIT), DDMP REIT Inc, in the market on Wednesday. The shares of DDMP REIT were unchanged and closed at its initial offering price of P2.25 on its opening day. She added that REITs are good for dividend pay with a long term holding period.
